Welcome to Leader Feedback™ This 360° feedback-gathering process has been created to help develop leaders. In a 360° process, feedback is gathered from your peers, direct reports and manager. Your feedback will be collated with others, and presented to the leader in a summary report. As you proceed, you will be asked to rate a variety of behaviours. The assessment includes 38 behaviours in total. You will need about 20 minutes to complete each assessment. Please be sure you have a sufficient amount of uninterrupted time available before you begin. Please note that your personal responses are anonymous. Thank you for your participation in this process.
